Rim/tire fitment help

I hate to beat a dead horse but I come from lifted jeeps and am still learning about street jeeps. Question is I have a line on someone wanting to trade my stockers on my 05 wk hemi for staggered SRT reps with 255/45-20 and 295/40-20. Not sure of the offset.

I planned on running the SRT eibachs with my current WK Bilsteins. Eventually I will be getting new upper arms as well.

Long story short, will these work? Will I need spacers? Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated...
