Re: Wheel brand

If you like the RockStars you might like the Method Fat Five.
I think they have a nicer look than Rockstar.

Re: Wheel brand

Those are pretty awesome! I've liked a half of a dozen wheels if not more . One I like better than the other. Lol. I wonder what other sites let you try them on a jeep.

Yeah, I'm looking to get some wheels too and am considering the Fat Fives but they're hard to come by. Also considering Pro Comp 69 and Level 8 Trackers.

Those Fat Five might look really good on your purple jeep and paint your brake calipers purple to match. Might give you that look that you linked to in your OP.

Hey Jeeperfrog, I just saw these on Quadratec. Mickey Thompson Metal Series wheels that have the same style as the Rockstars and they sell decals of many various colors that apply to the small area in the spokes so that you can customize them colorwise to go with the Jeep. I'm not sure how those decals would hold up to abuse over the years but I would guess if they get worn you can simply remove them and apply new ones.

Unfortunately I'm not seeing a purple color decal.(White decal and Purple Permanent Marker?)

Re: Wheel brand

Ok, what about these wheels? Brand or name ? I've been seeing these on jeeps and dodge trucks. I think these are the winners.

The huge central F gives these away. Made by Fuel. Look to be the Assault model D546.

Re: Wheel brand

Thanks. I finally figured them out. I know nothing about wheel brands lol. I love these but I keep seeing more and more of them. Makes me second guess them. Still my favorite though. Hands down.

Re: Wheel brand

20" wheels defeat the purpose of a Wrangler.

They will be heavier then smaller wheels which will cause a reduction in performance. Meaning you'll be slower, waste more gas, and take need more distance to stop. You'll also need to worry about damage your wheels on curbs and forget about doing any offroading. You'll definitely need to reinforce the rear tire mount and hopefully you have at least 3.73 gear or you'll be on the gas a lot more just trying to get it up to speed.
