Will wheel and tire size (+1) affect speedometer reading?

Moving from 245-70-17 tires and wheels to 265-60-18 tires and wheels on my 3.6L MK2 Larado. Will I need to have the dealership adjust the transmission to correct speedometer reading or will there not be any variance at all?

Thanks,

Neal
