WK2 with Bilstein and Rubicon Wheels Question
I have a 2011 Grand Cherokee 70th Anniversary with 20" wheels, normal duty brakes and LLS. I plan on replacing the struts in the back and front soon and am thinking about getting Bilstein 5100 struts. I have a few questions:
1: I want to eliminate the load leveling suspension in the rear and just get normal Bilstein 5100 struts which gives me the option to lift from 0-2 inches So I need to purchase the non-load leveling strut mounts. Will I need to purchase new springs as well, or just the struts and rear mounts? Are the struts adjustable in order to get the 2" lift in the front as well?
2: What size lift is required in order to fit the 17" Rubicon wheels on with the stock rubicon tires? Is a lift even required?
