05 cooling problems

I'm puzzled I have a GC that in ac mode blows 15-25 degrees cooler on the driver side than the passenger side and the rear air in the center console I just took out the entire dash replaced all the actuators as well as the control module seems all air diverters are functioning just not getting cold on right side and back ac charge is good had that checked first

Thanks for any more info in advance
Justin

Re: 05 cooling problems

make sure the suction line is cold and sweating after system has been running for at least 10 minutes. i dont know what type of metering devise they use for the evap coil but that could be an issue if it is an adjustable one(txv). one thing you could try is bypass the heater core temporarily and see if that makes any difference, if it does that would be a blend door issue
