05 GC Limited Quadra Drive II

Hi everyone. I'm having problems with my transfer case not going into low range and front diff not unlocking when turning. Did the e diff #25 fuse pull, then drive, then reinstall fuse while eng. running. Shut key off and restart. It worked before and go into low range but not now. Service 4 wheel system comes up on dash after 4low flashes on dash and stops. I'm thinking transfer case controller and front diff actuator maybe. Anyone had this problem also?
