Ive cleaned my 05 TB with throttle body cleaner and a toothbrush. It was coated in alot of built up gunk but took my time and let it soaked awhile. No problems after even being soaked for almost half a day. So form my personal experience the 05 hemis TBs are pretty tough. I use seafoam also in the gas/vacuum line and put it through the oil every other oil change.

Get a catch can and you'll, for the most part, eliminate the need for TB cleaning.
