2000 CHEROKEE no 4 high

Hello out there,
I've been through the mill on this one...
Bad engine (Yep, bearing & oil pressure gone)
Found a used jasper engine, works great.

My problem is simple; 4H doesn't engage.
The rest of the transfer case engages just not 4High.. WHY NOT????
No wierd noises.
I did lube all the lever ends from below.

Lookin for clues
