2001 jeep grand cherokee laredo 4.0 instrument cluster not working

I have recently bought a 2001 jeep grand cherokee laredo 4.0, the gentelman I purchased it from had a new ECM installed at a private garage, now none of the guages will work the only windows that will work is the drivers front and drivers rear, any suggestions on what it could be.

Start by checking all the fuses.

Welcome to the garage.
Do you know the reason why the PCM was changed? Instrument cluster input comes from the PCM via the PCI data bus. Does the engine run normally?The passengers side windows also don´t work from their respective door switches? Power locks are all ok?

Not sure why pcm was replaced, the passenger side has no window controls but door locks works from that side, the drivers side window control will only work drivers side windows. I have checked all the fuses, now when I concept a code reader to the port it says no vin# is entered into pcm
