Angry 2005 Grand Cherokee Cylinder 1 misfire 4.7

I have an 05 GC with a 4.7, 105k miles. Plugs were replaced within the last month when doing the 100k mile service. And I should mention that the vehicle had a Cylinder 1 misfire and Multiple Cylinder Misfire code before the 100k service was preformed(P0301 & P0300)
About a week after it got out of the shop, P0301 came back, after doing and OHM test on the coils and injectors, I found that Coil 1 had a higher ohm reading then the rest of it, so i replaced it.
A couple days later, the P0301 came back, and I switched the coil and plug from cylinder 1 with the coil and plug from cylinder 3, and injector from cylinder 1 with the injector from cylinder 5(to pinpoint if its the injector or coil/plug causing the problem)
Two days later, the code came back.

The engine ONLY misfires when its cool, in the first 10 seconds of starting, after a few seconds, it runs smooth without the misfire. No misfires going down the road at all. And it only does it like 2 or 3 times a week.

anybody have any ideas what the problem might be?

Your probably looking at a carbon issue on your valves, I would suggest you try like seafoam our mopar combustion chamber cleaner.
