2005 , Liberty CRD diesel

My ac and heater only works on the highest setting. They do work on the lower settings if I'm driving over 50 mph. Any ideas?

Do you mean the fan isn't blowing on low speeds? If so, it's likely the resistor for the blower motor

Yes, when the resistor is bad, the fan will only work in high. That you have air at lower settings when going over 50mph, is due to the ram effect. A new resistor should solve your problem.
