I have disconnected the battery, re-seated all of the connectors in the engine compartment and am in the process of charging the battery just to be sure it's not that. Anybody seen this before and have an idea what the problem is. The car has been sitting outside for a few weeks (cold and snow) and I just started it and this is what happened. If I clear the codes and restart the car, the same thing happens.
