2006 Jeep Cherokee Won't Start - anyone else solve this problem?

I just bought a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee about a month ago with roughly 58K miles on it. For the first week or two, it worked perfectly.

Twice in the first three weeks, however, it wouldn't start. After a couple attempts, it started properly.

Last week, however, it flat-out wouldn't start despite 10+ attempts. I jumped it and it started immediately.

Took it in and the battery tested out fine, the starter was fine, etc. The dealership couldn't find anything wrong.

After a couple days of driving, it failed again. Now, it's almost a daily occurrence. It starts when jumped almost immediately, though.

It's under warranty so I should be covered but anyone have any thoughts? Some have said it was the starter - anyone with similar experience have the problem solved with a new starter?

Signs of the battery failing, 5 years old, battery is probably due for replacing anyway.
