Sometimes when I start my car in the morning I will have a rough shift when I am pulling out of my neighborhood (In like 1st or 2nd gear). I have just bought the car used about a month ago with about 65000 on it. No MIL codes. Usually after that I don't have it happen during that session of driving. Sometimes it will happen when I start driving again if it has had a few hours to sit. Some times it will rev higher like it just isn't releasing the clutch... If you need more info let me know.
Additional Details

Also seems to happen more on right turns...

I have check fluid smells fine and is at right level.

It has not yet. That was going to be my first plan of attack. I was going to be doing that soon along with the transfer case and differentials. Because I wanted to switch everything to amsoil. I will be doing it within the next few weeks.

Alright... Well I have had it go in to Limp mode a few times on me and it has thrown some DTC's and I have P0700 which is a request to have trans codes read. So I am going to get a hold of a friend at work that has the DRB code reader so I can get these codes and better diagnose.

Also I haven't been able to purchase my fluids yet.... Going to school and working part-time makes it hard to come up with extra money fast.

Just updating. Today after work I will be dropping the pan and doing a partial change along with filters. Hopefully this helps me out before I spend all the money to change it again. My theory is to have the new filters on for a few weeks to help clean every thing out before a full change.

Another update... I did my partial trans fluid change along with filters. Fluid came out a little dark. But dam does this thing shift nice now very smooth. When I pulled the flat screen filter out it turned out it was like split where the metal and plastic meet... very weird. I also changed the transfer case fluid.

Several days later good shifting... Had to top off the trany fluid. No big deal we let it drain over night and it drained about 8 qts out. Little more than I was expecting from the normal 6.5 qts for the 4x4. But Its all worth it when it shifts alot better now. Also I talked to a few guys at work that used to be mopar mechanics and they were saying that the split filter was sucking air most likely.
