2006 jeep grand cherokee engine wiring harness removal for inspection

Can anyone tell me how hard it would be to remove my engines wiring harness for inspection on my 2006 jeep grand cherokee 5.7 limited? Ive been suffering from a dreaded transmission overtemp issue that has plagued me ever since I've bought the vehicle and has stayed with me throughout my build and has even killed 3 of my transmissions as of late. My transmission guy has told me he believes it's either the PCM or a wiring problem of some sort because the transmission temp when hooked up to the scan tool seems to spike and drop rapidly when at idle, also the transmission fluid does not smell burnt or even feel hot at all. If anyone can offer me a service manual for removal and let me know how difficult it would be remove with the engine still intact, please let me know. Or even offer some opinions advice on what they think could be causing the issue. Thx
