2007 Grand Cherokee Right Washer Line not pumping

Hello. I am new to this forum.. I have a 2007 Grand Cherokee, the right washer line must have a clog as it was not working at all coming out of winter. Worked a little better this Spring, but now is back to barely working at all. Has to be a clog, left line works fine. What's the best way to troubleshoot/fix? I appreciate any insight!!
