45rfe no reverse or neutral

hey guys my jeep recently had some filter problems. and now when I put it in reverse or neutral the jeep will drive forward. but when its in reverse I kind of have to rev it before it will move. any ideas?

The cooler line filter broke off some how so I got that replaced

Not so long ago i saw a same post about this. When i'm not wrong the whole transmission was changed because a specialist told that a clutch was jamned. I wonder if that really was the problem though. I would more expect a valve body problem or maybe even a rigging problem of the shift cable.
