96 jeep grand Cherokee
I have a 96 jeep grand Cherokee, iv replaced just about everything that could be the problem. New ecu, all sensors.
So. I want to eliminate the computer. What would i do to take it back to the stone age agen.
And before you say thats stupid. I know i know. But id rather have it be old school so i can fix it without needing to plug it in and figure it out.
Right now my car will randomly die, itll be kickin just fine the my check engine light comes up and its sputters or just dies. I watch my rpm drop out of nowhere. I then have to pull over ether waite for a bit. (I think to let the ecu cool) (iv thrown water on it and sometimes its will start right back up.) Or what iv been having to do lately is unplug my battery turn key to start. (Basically reset everything) the the light is off and it runs like a champ for a while till the light pops back up. Iv spent way to much money on this pos. And all i want to do is keep it running till i get the real money to put a different motor in it.
