The hardest part was getting the fan shroud off, which I would honestly do first even though other guides say to do it second. By taking it off first, it gives you plenty of space to get to the clutch fan, which I had difficulty breaking free of the pump. I didnt have the tool so I had to improvise. From start to finish, it took about three hours to do everything. And that was at almost midnight, cuz I needed the jeep today. Everything literally unbolts and rebolts back together. You cant really screw it up and I wouldnt say you need any special skills to replace it. It was actually one of the easiest water pumps I have done.
