Big 3 Upgrade

Any advice on this? I battery negative is pretty straight forward and so is the positive from the alt. What I can't seem to find so easily is the engine block to chassis negative. HELP!

Re: Big 3 Upgrade

I am also interested in doing this in preps for additional lighting and such. I have a CRD, so my engine ground may be a bit different. Will definitely do the batter and alternator, as well as run the power line from battery to back of jeep for later use.

Any recommendations on quality 0ga wiring.

Re: Big 3 Upgrade

I have my air box out with a replacement cone filter, so its easier to see. You WILL need to take out the entire air box and intake tube to gain access. You can see how dirty it all is, as the Alt sits under the oil fill location. I can sort of see the post on the back of Alt and should be able to get a socket on it to add on a larger wire, won't be easy, but also not super difficult. Hope this helps someone in the future.
