Assuming you're talking about the NAV REC unit, the best way to do it is to start from scratch. There's an option to delete all phones. Do it, and then add yours again. Should be fine.
As a side note, I've noticed with my new Android HTC EVO 4G LTE, that if I make a call out and then someone calls me back (without having restarted the Jeep/REC unit), that I'll get mic through the uConnect but speaker through my phone. Strange.
