hello jeepers I have 05 GCL 5.7 hemi. I have 45,000 miles on it and starting to look for these parts. Anybody out there know or have experience buy egr, pvc, map parts from Rock auto there is 3-4 different brands to choose from. Any suggestions on which brand is a good buy for your $$. Or any other any site you prefer shopping at?

I've bought all of those parts for my 05 Hemi WK. I got the PVC valves in my hemi tune-up kits from an online Mopar dealer, so I've always used factory on those. My father uses the blue colored ones in his 05WK hemi though (if you can see pics on rockauto) and he likes them.

As for The EGR and MAP, I purchased them both locally at O'Reilly's and they were both the BWD brand. I've had the MAP Sensor in for about 25k without problems and the EGR on for about 50k without issues.

Note for the EGR you might want to get the rubber/silicone seal separately as the valves don't come with one (though they do come with the cardboard gaskets), and the rubber seals often break upon removal/installation. :(

Also be sure to check for the correct install procedure for the MAP sensor on our jeeps. It's kind of a PITA because of the redesigned sensors that don't fit quite right, requiring the breaking/removal of some tabs for installation of the new sized part.

Back to the original call of your question though, I've never used rockauto.com for anything, though their reviews/CS seems to be hit or miss.

I've ordered MOPAR parts almost exclusively through factorymoparparts.com though and they've always been cheap and quick with the mopar parts I needed. Everything else I just source locally at O'Reilly/NAPA/Carquest/AutoZone.
