Caliper bolts

Are the WK caliper bolts the one time use lock tight kind? I haven't read anything to suggest that is true but since replacing my rotors, brakes etc last year I've had two caliper bolts completely back out. Causing the jeep to lock up in reverse he first time (top bolt) and forward the second time (bottom bolt).

No, they are not. Maybe not properly torqued? Torque should be 53 ft. lbs.
