If it was running ok before with this cam, then it should not be the problem.
If it finally starts, does it run normally?
Does the problem occur at every start, or only cold starts/hot starts?
Does the WK show the fault codes doing the key dance? (ignition switch off/run three times and leave in run at the third time. The odometer will show DONE or any fault code(s)).

It worked fine for a while and than it started having problems with starting up have to give it some gas at times for it to start and now whatever that caused it to have problems finally just gave out it cranks up but doesn't start and my mechanics been working on it and I won't find out wat the problem is until tomorrow

I believed they changed everything when the cam was installed and the timing and they tuned it with my Diablo as well and installed bulletproof gaskets as well I wont find out wat the problem is until tomorrow or when ever they finish working on it buts weird how everything was working fine until after about a month that's when the problems happened

The cam sensor is on the timing cover, and if it's not plugged in properly and/or the damaged it during the R and R, that could be the problem. You should be getting some sort of DTC though, if it's a cam/crank sensor. Have you checked using your DS tuner, the key dance, or some other code reader?

Well I am a big advocator of trying the simplest and cheapest things first, so here is my list of things I would go through. But first, we must understand for an engine to start it needs air, spark, and gas.
First check the air filter, sometimes it can partially get sucked into the tube and out of place which can cause issues starting
Second Take it to your local autoparts store and do an electrical test. They can check alternator, battery, and starter for free.
Third Check the plugs and plug wires with a meter. When they start to go bad they will have trouble producing spark on a cold start. Change if necessary
Fourth check fuel pressure.
If none of the above fixes it, you have a sensor problem.

PS: I doubt it has anything to do with your cam.
