Check TPM System-patriot

So on Thursday, I got my oil changed and tires rotated. On Saturday, I noticed that when I start the car, the first thing it says is "check TPM system", and then it goes to show my tire pressures, and I have values for all of them. I was wondering if something could have happened to them when they were rotated, or if this is more likely a different issue. This is for a 2010 Patriot Limited.
