Clicking behind ignition? Starting Module??

Hello!! I purchased my '09 WK brand new and have NEVER had any issues until recently! I initially brought it to the dealer because I was hearing this crazy clicking noise under the shifter whenever shifting out of Park. (Apparently that is normal??) BUT....the service tech did notice there was ANOTHER clicking sound in the dash directly behind the ignition. Is this the "starting module"??? Is it an easy fix? I'm still under my 3-year, 36K mile warranty, so (hopefully) I won't be paying anything out of pocket!
