Could be, it could probably be a couple things, but like I said in my pm, this 1 relay explains both of your symptoms, the only thing that would fully solidify my suggestion would be if you could pull the codes, I'm sure you have a run start performance code, and no communication with the ORC. A junkyard unit should work, if you can get it for a good price it would be where I started... Just know this is really tight up there!

Re: Climate Control NO air output...Why?

Went to wkjeeps.com n followed their directions for retrieving codes but nothing happens n I don't get a done message in the odometer. Unless I need to get a computer hooked up to it.

Re: Climate Control NO air output...Why?

So what exactly is the cause of the blower motor not working? I reread the post a few times and still dont grasp what exactly caused this issue.

I recently bought a used climate control module off Ebay for.99 cents plus shipping. The unit was listed as working perfect except the lights were blown, so I bought it to experiment with soldering new LED bulbs and to swap it with my current one, where all the LEDs I soldered on a year ago blew out again one by one. Does this mean I cant just swap it out with this "new" unit?

The blower motor has a constant B+ provided by the same run start relay as the ORC. Ground is provided through the control head.
