Clunk Noise Shifting Into Reverse - 2010 Grand Cheorkee 3.7

So I currently have a 2010 WK and about 68,000 miles on her. Wondering on an issue when I shift from park to reverse I hear a clunk noise that sounds like it is coming from one of the differentials. It sometimes does it when I shift into drive but rarely happens. Took it to the Jeep dealership and of course said it was normal......I know this is not normal seeing as when I bought it a year ago there was no sound. Also, when put in park now there is an excessive role before car stops. Not sure what this could be so any insight would be great. Thinking this is a U-Joint issue or possibly differential bushing but not sure.

Had the same thing on an '07 WK Hemi. Learned then it is really common. Service guy listened and said "oh yeah that's the diff bushings." Replaced two of the three mount bushings.
