Clunk noise under Driver Seat

Took "Rocky" into Firestone yesterday to check out a clunking noise over bumps that I feel under the drivers seat. They didn't find anything to be loose or any bad bushing. I read that the sway bar links can go bad and make this type of sound. They look to be good. Muffler isn't moving either.

There is a lot of pressure on the upper control arm ball joint from my RC 2"lift but I don't think it's related.

Any idea's?

Did you tighten the rack and pinion screw? After you do the lift you turn it a quarter turn and it should be good. Common issue here is a thread:
