Code P0137 02 Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 2)

CEL came on . I pulled code P0137, 02 Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2).

What does this mean? Where is this 02 sensor located? What can be done to fix this issue?

I turned off the CEL with the scan tool, but it cam back on about 200 miles later. Rechecked again w/ Scan Tool; pulled same code. Turned off CEL and it has not came back on.

Thanks for reading/replying.
