Cold Start Death Noise

I'm in the Midwest and when it drops below 10 degrees I'm getting a really loud cranking noise as it turns over. It still starts but sounds horrible.

Jeep is 05 4.7L

Any help appreciated.

Buy a block heater so you don't have to worry about cold starts anymore?
