Red face Dealer Experience

I have to say that my latest experience with my Jeep dealer was fantastic. On 5/17/16 my 2010 Grand Cherokee Limited had the "Service 4 Wheel drive" indicator lit. After reading about many issues with this system I made an appointment with the dealer since I had an extended warranty and the Chrysler drive train warranty. After their inspection they informed me that the transfer case had to be changed. It had an internal catastrophic failure. They gave me a loaner car while they waited for the new transfer case . The installation was accomplished in a few days and I am very happy. Oh!, by the way I had to pay a $150 deductible which was OK by me.

Kind of funny that dealer experiences are right up there with Dentist visits: Whereas "not nearly as bad as I was thinking", or "could have been worse" turns out to be a positive....
