Distributor

Anyone know if the distributor or camsensor whatever, could cause a surge in idle during rain

I believe we have talked before lol. Strange replaced with a brand new sensor 2 weeks ago. No codes. My only issue is wet roads. Maybe connection to sensor needs dielectric grease?

Re: Distributor

For what reason did you change the cam sensor? If the problem changed after changing the cam sensor, then the new sensor could be the cause.

Took it to my main mechanic who says everything looks fine. Took it to dealer who re flashed ecu and said its normal. I decided to give up and live with it. Something is getting wet to cause the surge but trying to find it is like finding a needle in a haystack at this point
