flikering cluster and nav

My interior cluster and nav lights flicker. when i try to brink it to my mechanic it doesnt happen. he is thinking when the stalk warms up that is when it acts up but i havent been able to figure it out. Any sugestions? another problem im having is the power outlet in the front stopped working no fuses are blown and i havent had a chance to check if i have power at the plug but has anyone had one go bad?

Re: flikering cluster and nav

Are you headlights flickering on and off too? I found out the problem. You have to change out our Current Turn Signal Stalk with a new one. Mine flicker and sometimes at night my headlights turn off....I know it's scary. I'm ordering it soon!

Re: flikering cluster and nav

My interior lights flicker. I have not noticed my headlights turning on or off. More than likely it is the Multifuction switch. Left hand side of the wheel.

Re: flikering cluster and nav

I think it's like 6 screws to get it off.

I was going to replace mine due to interior light flickering issues I was having. Mine had some play, so I took it completely off and then put it back on making sure all the wires were tight etc. I haven't had an issue since. Hopefully that's all you need.

Re: flikering cluster and nav

Check to see if rockauto has it. Last time I looked I think it was around 60?

54.79 on rock auto w/o auto headlights and w/ fogs
