Fuel pump?? Vacuum hose??

I was driving my 3.7 2006 WK yesterday and it suddenly started to sputter and i slowed down and it cut off. It will start but will barely idle and cut off unless I give it gas. It also will occasionally backfire.

I got these codes:
P0068 - ?????????????
P0172 - Fuel System 1/1 Rich
P0175 - Fuel System 2/1 Rich

Could it be a bad fuel pump or clogged filter? Is it possible to replace just the filter without replacing the entire pump? Also thought it might be a vacuum hose leak. Any suggestions???

Re: Fuel pump?? Vacuum hose??

The P0068 Code is a Manifold Pressure/TPS correlation error.

Certainly could be a vacuum leak.
