Grinding noise from front

A bit of background. I was experiencing problems with the ABS and Traction light coming on and have recently had the two front bearings plus speed sensors changed. In addition, the speed sensor on the rear right wheel has been changed.
Yesterday driving through town, we heard a grinding noise coming from the front and the it felt almost as if I had touched the brakes. Initially on the Traction light was flashing on and off, but after a few minutes the ABS light came on and then the car seem to operate as per normal except for the warning lights being on.
On stopping the vehicle, switching off and removing the key and then starting it again the lights disappeared and did not come on again for the rest of the day. However this morning after about 3 miles the lights have come on and stayed on.
The vehicle is starting to cost us a small fortune over the past 6 weeks as in total we have spent the equivalent of $1500 to get the issue resolved. I love my Jeep, but I am seriously considering trading it in for a Toyota Landcruiser and having debt again.
Can any one offer any advice as the Jeep dealers here charge you a fortune and still do not resolve the issue? Thanks.

I was hoping some one else has experienced this and able to offer some advice. The issue seems to occur mainly when travelling at about 20mph and happens for a second or two. Almost as if I had touched the brakes.
Advice please.
