Had enough- want it fixed 2015 GC

My 2015 GC limited randomly gets stuck in gear for no reason. My hands are not hitting the paddles by accident. The engine light does not come on which is hard for the dealer to detect a problem. I have to hit the shifter to put it back into drive to get it to continue in proper gear I've been told could be the TCM but Chrysler won't replace unless they can see the issue happen. I've had it in twice, have had updates completed but hasn't helped. Of course the problem has not occurred while they have had it. I just want it fixed! Any suggestions?

It's most likely under warranty and you will have to exhaust all options before the dealer will replace. Same thing as anyone else. They don't wanna throw parts at it. FYI this is a WK forum and you have a WK2. Keep taking it to the dealer and convince them it's not user error.

Might not hurt to research what your State has for a "lemon law". My brother had to go through that process b/c he had a Ford Mustang in which the headlights would randomly cut out. He brought it back to dealer to fix on 3 different times - each time the claimed to have fixed the problem. Ford/dealership had to buy his Mustang back...hopefully you won't need to go through all that!

I was with him one of the times the lights cut out....just before going under a railroad trestle that narrowed to one lane - sharp curves on either side - still not sure how he sailed that thing through there without a scratch...lucky that no one was coming the other way...
