heat/ac controls not working?

Hey, figured id throw this out there. Im on my phone and for aome reason when i search its not working so i apologize if this has been asked. Here is my problem.

My ac/heat controls arent responding anymore. Full max power/min noting. No air blows. Ive tried vent, defrost, floor, etc. Nothing
Ill bring it in to the dealership tomorow since i have the max care bit i thought id ask in advance for any ideas. Anyone?

Re: heat/ac controls not working?

I don't have my Jeep yet, but the owners manual should tell you. You can even download a free PDF from Jeep. That makes it easier to search than the paper version.

Re: heat/ac controls not working?

i'll check in the morning tomorrow. Hopefully it's something just that simple. Would be sweet. Anyone have a diagram of the positioning of what fuses control what under the hood? I know it says position 1 is for the HVIC but still. A pic would be nice

Re: heat/ac controls not working?

So any other advice? It's not the fuses, its not the controls, it's not a short as of yet. Dealership had it for an entire day and can't figure out the problem yet. Sucks.

Re: heat/ac controls not working?

Check the blower motor resistor. It's under the dash in passenger foot well area. Easy to see and check. The pigtails get hot and start to melt causing a loose connection.
