Heater hose replacement on '05 V-8 4.7

Replacing upper and lower radiator hoses on 2005 GC Ltd, V-8, 4.7 with 76,750 miles. Although they look and feel fine right now, thinking I should also replace heater hoses since I will have coolant drained and they have been on nine years. Look like they go through a "sleeve". Any input or "surprises" waiting for me if I try to replace heater hoses too? Thanks.
