Heater problem

Hey guys I'm new to the forum. I have a 2011 grand Cherokee v6 rwd
About a month ago the passenger side wouldn't blow any hot air neither would the rear vents. Yesterday the problem occurred on the passenger side. So now my car had no heat period. The car can be running for hours and still no heat. She has 40k on her so the bumper to bumper warranty is out the window. I was wonder if anyone has had this issue and what was the solution an is it covers in the power train warranty?

Thanks

Check your coolant level, if your losing coolant you will have nothing in your heater core to have great pulled from.
