Check the wire to the starter solenoid. In many instances of vehicles with the same problem in our shop, the terminal end on the starter was corroded, and the connector from the wiring harness was as well. Additionally, that terminal end needs to be clipped off, and a NEW female Terminal, with shrinkable tube end needs to be installed. Cut off the old terminal/connector, and crimp on the new one. You'll know if this is the problem, by reaching in through the engine compartment, down under the driverside exhaust manifold, to the connector on the starter. Wiggle it a few times, if it starts up, that is your problem.
