Hello! New Member in the Adirondacks

I have a 2005 Laredo 100,000 miles on it. I'm here troubleshooting because no one else thinks there is a problem. I've been lurking for a day or two because my Jeep has this thing it does when accelerating slowly. There is a jerking feeling, or a shuddering feeling, or a tugging feeling. All of those sound as if it could be the right way to explain what happens. If you drive it a little faster it is fine. It doesn't always happen of course. The mechanic I pay couldn't find anything last year except 1 misfire. The plugs were replaced. Still happens. I had the ECM? replaced last year. That was an obvious problem, with an obvious code. The mechanic I DON'T pay (brother in law) says he felt nothing, I'm crazy and if I'm not, he couldn't find anything wrong so just keep driving until whatever it is breaks... I fret. It gives me anxiety to worry about this. I am going to keep looking, but if anyone has a brilliant idea, please let me know.
