Hello...radio no sound

Just joined the forum, I have a 2010 Grand Cherokee Lorado with the Boston Accoustic system. It is the RER radio and my sound just quit. Everything on the display works and you can see the volume go up and down but no sound, like it is muted. I get no sound in any mode, not even in the navigation screen.
Any ideas?

Re: Hello

Any idea which fuse that would be? Is the amp under the rear seat?

I think the amp is under the back seat. Check for power there.

Re: Hello...radio no sound

The amp is behind the rear driver's side quarter panel. The amp is probably one of the [poorly labeled] ones underneath the foot panel in front of the driver's seat. Check the amp itself to see if there's power, and that will save you looking through for blown fuses. If there's power, it's likely your amp is fried as I've never heard of a RER losing sound (doesn't mean it's not possible). If there's no power, then it's probably a fuse. Be sure to check wkjeeps.com for the wiring diagram corresponding to the BA system amp.
