Help! can't get rear rotors off

So I'm half way through a rear pad and rotor change on my 2005 wk. Problem is the rotors won't budge. 2 questions. Once I get the caliper out of the way and hang it with a bungee cord, I should be able to just remove the rubber O ring and slide the rotors off the hub, right? So here's the other problem. I don't see a rubber O ring anywhere. I had my parking brake rebuilt a while back and I'm wondering if hey never reinstalled it. Does anyone have a picture of the rubber O ring holding the rotor? Any help you guys could provide is appreciated. I really want to finish this project today.
Thanks!

Here are pics as it currently sits. Anything obvious I'm missing?

Re: Help! can't get rear rotors off

I was going to say, make sure the e-brake is disengaged. After that and a little bit of pb-blaster, the rears came off with a couple swings from the BFH.

Re: Help! can't get rear rotors off

E-brake was off. I soaked both sides in pb blaster. Took at least 20 to 30 swings of the hammer to break them loose. There was alot of built up rust behind them. They were the original rotors and went through 6 north east winters, so they saw lots of salt. The new Stillen rotors and pads look and feel great though.

Pics of New Rotors? Thinking of going that route when the time comes
