Installed new suspension and now uConnect doesn't work???

Had a mechanic install new struts, shocks & sway bars and now my uConnect doesn't work. Anybody have any ideas of whether something under the hood or under the vehicle could have gotten unplugged during this process that is a simple plug it back in fix? When I press my uConnet button, nothing happens. No response from my vehicle at all. When I receive calls on my cell phone, uConnet makes no attempt at connecting to my cell via bluetooth like it did previously. Ideas??? Any help is much appreciated.

well...the fuse boxes have to be moved to pull thefront struts...so id guess you have a wire pulled from the fuse box or somehting like that.

Re: Installed new suspension and now uConnect doesn't work???

Thanks for the tip. I didn't see anything in that area that was unplugged or loose.

Ended up fixing the issue, but not quite sure how...

Pulled the uConnect module from the vehicle. Pulled the negative off of the battery for 15 minutes. Plugged the uConnect back in. Reconnected the negative terminal on the battery. uConnect works again. Not too sure what in that arrangement solved the problem, but I'm happy it now works.

BTW, between Scottina06's recommendation and my fix, I brought the Jeep into the dealership and they told me that they diagnosed the issue and determined it was the uConnect module itself that was bad and that it'd be $600+ to replace it. I declined and at that point, pulled the uConnect out to inspect it and then got lucky that it worked when I put it all back together.
