junction block info to locate power drain

I am trying to figure out in which pin order the JB-3 ? ( 2004 passenger side kick panel upper connection) run, is #1 the top left ? I have a diagram telling me what the numbers supply. The junction connection nor the connector is numbered. Also if anyone knows which buss (female) connections are stay hot with ignition off would be greatly appreciated. As I mentioned I believe it is JB-3. I maybe incorrect. Thanks in advance for the help
