My key wont open the outside door manually but the key less entry works fine and turning on the vehicle is no problem. I wanna fix this problem if for any reason the battery on the remote goes out and i cant get into my vehicle manually.

If the key used to work one or more tumblers are stuck above the cuts in the key.
If you can get a uncut keyblank y159 or y157 that will lift them higher and they may drop down and operate or you will have to R&R.
You could spray some more it loosens the original grease in the lock.
If you get it working good spray in some tri-flow every few months you have to use it once in awhile or it will seize up again.
Graphite powder is one of the worst things to spray in a door lock. Everyone used it back in the day before synthetics like Tri-Flow or any other good lubricant came along.
I've replaced ignitions, and door locks due to graphite gunking up with moisture in the air, road salt, etc. Best thing to use is Tri-flow, or a Dri-Film lubricant.
For indoor use, it's fine, but anything exposed to elements should never have graphite used on it.
