So im reading in the service manual about how this needs to be done.....................but no instructions on HOW its supposed to be done?

ls it a needle attachment on the grease gun deal, or is it a leave well alone deal?

What have you guys been doing?

Re: ''Lubricate the upper knuckle ball stud at steering & suspension ball joints''

This reference in the service manual only appears in early editions, if I remember correctly. I think after a few years they realized that there is no way to lubricate the upper knuckle (no grease fittings) and finally decided to remove that recommended maintenance.

Some people have used a needle fitting to lubricate these suspension and steering components.

Thanks for the reply. What do you do or not in this case?
