Navigation Problem

Just purchased a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee, when I start the car the navigation screen goes on then shuts down the cooler it is outside the longer the screen stays on. The radio, CD player both work, I pulled out the unit and the fan in the back is not spinning. I think this is the problem, the question I have is how can I get a replacement fan and how do you remove it.

Re: Navigation Problem

if you just purchased the vehicle, you should have some kind of warrenty on the vehicle, unless you bought it private party.

If you search through the audio section, there is a writeup on how to fix that issue, if memory serves correctly.

Re: Navigation Problem

Assuming you need to fix the heatsink because it's overheating.
