No map or automatic headlight

Headlights won't turn on automaticly nor do map lights checked fuses didnt seem too find a blown one .....but then I noticed with the wipers on the headlight turn on wtf? Help please

Sounds like an electrical short in the control stalk (Multifunction stalk I think they're called). I had to buy a new one and replace mine when my auto lights stopped working and then my lights/gauges would flash periodically while driving (scary at night). That shouldn't affect your map lights, but I could be wrong. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than I can pipe up.
